How can I cancel my membership?

The call out (on-site service) request may be canceled by the service provider for the following reasons;

  • Even if the beautician you want to receive service is within sufficient distance, there may be nearby or locations where it does not serve. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you check the invocation details tab in the beautician's profile beforehand.
  • The beautician you want to get service may have an unexpected job or actively forgot the service status.
  • The beautician you want to receive service may have received two calls at the same time, and if they approved your previous call out request, they may not have approved your request.
  • Of course, mishaps can happen from time to time. We believe we can handle it together and the world will be a much more better place.

Your request for appointment to the salon may not be approved by the service provider for the following reasons;
  • If the appointment calendar of the salon is not updated, the request may not be approved due to the appointment conflicts ( this is not related to Krembi).
  • The salon or salon employee you want to receive service may have received two different appointment requests at the same time, and if they approve the previous appointment request from you, they may not have approved your request.
