Will there be a fee deduction when I cancel my call-out or appointment to the salon?

Time is very important for all of us. You can appreciate that the most important thing that service providers sell is not the service they offer, but the time. Reason, the time of these amazing crew who are competing against time is also precious as much as yours.

If the service provider has not yet confirmed your call out or appointment request to the salon within the specified time, you can easily cancel.

When the call out (on-site service) request is approved by the service provider;

  • If you make a service request with "Call out now" option and cancel your request after the service provider approves your request 30% of the service fee will be collected form your credit.
  • If you cancel in the last 2 hours, 30% of the service fee will be collected from the credit / debit card and sent to the service provider.


Information: Since the payment you make from the Online Credit Card is pending in the provision, the cancellation amount will be collected from the amount you paid and the remaining amount will be returned to the credit card within 1 hour. Since the provision is not valid for payments made from the Online Debit Card, the cancellation amount is collected from the amount you paid and the remaining amount is returned to the bank card within 7 working days at the latest.


Appointment to the Salon

If you cancel 2 hours before the appointment, 30% of the service fee will be collected from the credit / debit card and sent to the service provider.


Information: Since the payment you make from the Online Credit Card is pending in the provision, the cancellation amount will be collected from the amount you paid and the remaining amount will be returned to the credit card within 1 hour. Since the provision is not valid for payments made from the Online Debit Card, the cancellation amount is collected from the amount you paid and the remaining amount is returned to the bank card within 7 working days at the latest. If you have made your appointment in the salon by cash or credit card payment option, we will collect this amount and send it to the account of the service provider in the next service purchase.
