If the beauty specialist does not reach your location for more than 30 minutes when he sets out to serve, you can log in via the mobile application or website and cancel the request for the call out from the "My Appointments" tab. When you click the Cancel button, do not forget to check the option "The service provider did not arrive in the specified time"!


About the refund

💳 In Online Credit Card payments;

After the cancellation process, if you made your payment by online credit card, the amount you paid will be returned to your bank account within 12 hours at the latest, without any deduction, as the amount is waiting in the provision.

💳 In Online Debit Card payments;

Likewise, after the service is completed, the service provider sends you a payment screen indicating that the transaction has been completed. Since there is no provision for the payments made from the online debit card, the amount is directly withdrawn from the debit card and transferred to the service provider's account after you confirm.


Likewise, since there is no provision for the payments made from the online debit card after the cancellation, the amount you paid will be returned to your bank account within 3 working days at the latest without any fee deduction.
